Today has been a better than normal day. Woot.

I finally received my Hitchhiker's Trilogy (even though it's really five! Really should have been 42..but I am sure most of you don't know what in the world I am talking about, so I shall move on from my tangent.)

Anyway.

I received my trilogy book today. I've been waiting to get this omnibus for quite some time. Sciam's Bookclub was sold out for a while and then there was a period when I didn't have the money to spend. I've read the first two books in this trilogy in high school, and have been waiting since to finish.

If you can guess, I'll be delving into this book for the next few days, and until I finish it, nothing will get done. Born a bookworm, always a bookworm. I am probably going to be attached to these two things for the next few days:



The second good thing caught me by surprise. KatieBBAW was kind enough to give away a free Flickr Pro account to me. That was really sweet of her. Thank you, Katie. If you get a chance, stop by her blog. She's much more humorous than I.

The third thing is the best of all. Jonah rolled over for the first time today! Andy and I were so excited because he's been trying for a few weeks now. He knows how to roll over now. He keeps doing it. Jonah thinks it is so funny. You should see how happy he is.

Ok, so I decided that updating my exercise every day was a little boring and also took up a little too much of my time. I've decided to just update you each week on Sunday with what has gone on. More juice that way, and less boredom.

My average weight for the week was 131.5

Anything interesting happen than my usual? Yes.

I bought a new bike. Very nice. Very expensive. Very beautiful. I need to take a picture of her.

Anyway, in addition to my everyday exercise, Andy and I ride our bikes at night, weather permitting.

This Saturday he and I rode all the way to Pine Point Park, which is a little more than 10.5 miles away from where we live. We rode a whole 21 miles yesterday. And boy am I tired.

Today I am feeling sick. Maybe with a little help from the Doc I can be up and running for school on Tuesday. You know, there is nothing like missing one day of school each week. Last semester I pulled that off with getting all A's. Pretty sweet, right?

I am going to need some cash soon for my wedding. I still have to order my invitations and rose-petals. My wedding is going to be fun and the happiest day of my life. I am going to marry the man that I love and then going to live with him. (It is not like I don't already.) So life is cool, and good. All that neat stuff. Just remember, folks, when you decide to get married: IT IS A PAIN TO PLAN A WEDDING! Read that?!?! IT IS A PAIN TO PLAN A WEDDING! Get it through your head. But other than that, for us girls, it is great to spend other people's money on pretty, sparkly, glittery things. And it is also fun to spend that same money on a beautiful dream dress that is 25 Grand. Ohh baby. Yeah. I didn't get my dream dress, but it is still darn beautiful and I am going to look SEXY for Andy in it. So there!

Anyway, gotta run now. I feel like sleeping until noon. Night!

Today has not been my lucky day, but still, all is well. :) I am feeling like a cow ran over me (is that even possible?).

Rhonda gave me a comment and told me I should be her sweet pea. Well, here you go Rhonda, I hope you like the new site name. Not exactly what you wanted, but here you go anyway. Thanks for the comment.

Boys do make girls sick, but today I think I made Andy sick. I have been sick for three weeks now and Andy came home to see me this weekend and I think I gave him whatever I have had. Needless to say, he feels better already!! How do boys do it?!?

I worked on making Valerie's dress today. I think she is going to be sweet as ever in it. I made a boo boo while I was cutting the material, and now I need to go back and by another yard of this white satin fabric. It was a little frustrating at first, since I wasted a bit, but it is nothing a little more fabric can't fix! Besides, I realized I could use the material I "wasted" on decorations. Life is good. And then you get bit in the ass. And then you cry. And then you get your shirt all wet and snotty. And then you think that you are extremely disgusting. Then you laugh because you really are. And then life is good again.

Sorry, just reminiscing.

Dear Jonah,

I love you very much. These three months have been some of the very best months I have ever had. You are fun, smart, and growing like a WEED. You need to QUIT IT. You are growing too fast for mama. I want you to remain little and cute. *Sigh* That is ok, though. I'll love you even if you grow into a sadistic teenage boy (CROSSES FINGERS AND PRAYS TO GOD). Just please, don't hate me.

Now let's see...What new things have you done this month?

Quite a bite, but I am pretty sure I am not going to remember it all.

For the last few weeks we've been feeding you some baby food. We started you off on rice cereal, graduated you to bananas, and now, little sweet potato, sweet potatoes. You love the stuff. Every time we sit you down to eat, you look so excited and ready to go. You learned very quickly how to open your mouth when the spoon came at you, how to close down, and how to swallow your food without getting all of it on your bib. You still manage to make a mess of yourself, but hey, you're a baby and babies are entitled to do that! So make the best of the fun time while you can, because let me assure you, when you get older, I won't be liking the messes you make so much.







You've also figured out how to grab a toy and put it in your mouth. For the most part. There are still those quarky moments in which you put your hand in your mouth or the toy in your eye. You look at me like, "This is so frustrating. Why can't I move my hands like you do? Come on, people, help me out." I just smile and give you kisses. It is good for you to learn on your own. Especially with all the teething and what not. You just love to chew, chew, chew. Still not visible teeth yet, but I can feel two spots where they are coming in. You are going to have toofers soon, and then you can go to town on Cheerios!

Another thing is you've learned how to roll over onto his side. And do little baby pushups. And oh the smiles that you give. You just melt mamas heart. On a day to day basis. How can anyone stand up to this?:





Oh, the joy you give me. And your daddy, too. You are so happy with me all day that I don't see how you can be any happier and then Daddy walks through the door and you make the happiness from the rest of the day look like you were utterly depressed. Daddy is your favorite, I can tell. You both have some good male bonding going for you, something that I couldn't ever get between. You love your daddy very much. And you are so much better for him. hehe.

The other day we bought you your bike trailer, and each and every day we have gone a long bike ride. You love it so much because you get to get out and see the world around you. We love it because riding our bikes gives us a chance to get outside and exercise a little. And since I've been going to the gym, I'm able to beat your daddy on the bike trail.

You've been such a good boy for us lately. And we love you. And so do your grandparents. Your Grandma Powers sent you an Easter basket for Easter. There were so many toys, books, and candy (for us) that we just went to town. You love all the toys she sent you and we love them, too. We also appreciate the baby Orajel she sent. We love Grandma, don't we? She knows exactly what to get.

Another thing:


You still insist on walking. But you are also learning that you CAN CRAWL. So now you go back and forth between wanting to crawl and wanting to walk. But you mostly want to walk. You little stinker. You were JUST like mommy AND daddy. We both wanted to walk well before we were old enough to. We both started walking VERY early in age, and I guess it won't surprise me if you start walking early. But if you don't, that's ok. We will love you still.
